This was my first NEW car purchase the end of Aug 2026. 2026 Chevy trax. Today being 10/23/2026 the gas pedal stuck while driving 4 times now. I called the service department to get this checked with it being new and most of all dangerous to drive my appointment is for Nov 17. Safety can’t be first with GM nor this dealership. I was also told to call around and find another Chevy dealer service department to see if I could get in earlier appointment else where. All I can say is WOW. Running second with my experience with Toyota of Bristol on a pre owned purchase there.it was an Nightmare

I had my 2017 Chevrolet there for tire pressure sensors. They charged me $860.00. They have a 100% markup on their parts! I was originally quoted $135, and then they came back at $192.20 each. The service attendant said he looked online and they weren't available for less. Their cost is $96.1. Discount Tire quoted $285 including tax for these parts. Online, they are available for $90 - $115. I called back to question the cost; the parts manager said If you can get them cheaper, do it, and tough luck! My mistake was to trust them! The Service Manager was sympathetic but said he was caught in the middle and could not help. He was polite but could not justify the price gouging. I was preparing to purchase a new truck and had spoken with the sales team, but I cannot work with them again and will discourage others Buyer beware!!
