Had a great inventory with multiple trim packages to look over. Staff was great and responsive; was test driving truck I wanted within 10mins of stepping on the lot. Was my 1st new Chevy truck since switching OEMS and Champion helped solidify that it was a good choice.
Although everyone was friendly. I ended up going to another Cadillac dealership to get my problems resolved. My car needed a new battery, which I was told it didn't. Not mad, just disappointed they didn't take the time to do an out-of-car battery check, which the other dealership did and found a dead battery cell. That was the main problem.
Friendly and quick check in. Convenient text when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Cashier helped me locate my GM rewards points to get a discount on my bill. Very good experience.
Didn't get my car there. The staff was friendly, greeted me when I walked in. Clean good service. Doing my service here on my 25 equinox ev. No run around.

Service great as usual but price of service seemed steep, very steep! Price exceeded $1000 for a transmission fluid change and flush!
Hard to deal with. Appointments take a month to get. Takes way to long for the service to be completed.

Jim was a nice and respectful salesman. The rest of the staff were nice and respectful too. The policy and pressure to make customers subscribe to and install the OnStar service + myChevrolet app was incredibly annoying. I wish I had known prior to sitting down that the dealer was/is incentivized to force these services on their customers at the very end of the buying process. Kristen was outstanding, took a huge amount of time with us, and explained every detail of the vehicle and the contract. Mr. Lloyd was also outstanding in his thoroughness and demeanor as he led us through the (to us) a very complicated process. All in all, we felt an 'at home' atmosphere at Champion.

The service department is top notch they know exactly what and how things are supposed to work ,and sometimes it's quite humorous on what goes on during the visit but it works out great.
