Good service! Got my truck in without an appointment which was great but didn't get finished with the service job so had to leave my truck overnight which sucked. I bought my truck without going to the dealer. The photos and David convinced me that this was a clean truck. Once delivered to my house the driver told me he hadn’t.seen such a nice used truck. No rattling, squeaking. He told me it was a great ride and he couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. A month later and it’s all i hoped it would be.

Well most of the time they are decent. The last two services have been not so good. They’ve been fast but that’s probably part of the problem. They are pencil whipping the check off list. I went in for oil change and tire rotation I complained about my brakes usage being high and was told they would check it’s part of the check list. My Cadillac Lyriq became unresponsive after an aborted OTA update. Had to be towed in late on a Friday. I was warned it could be several days before they could get to it. But it was ready the following Wednesday. I had heard horror stories of other Lyriq owners in different areas of their vehicle being in shop for months so I was prepared for the worse.

The salesman and dealer was great.service was excellant.only improvement in signing for the car loan with options given on different plans for coverage should be given extended time to consider, some other dealers give u 30 days to change or upgrade plans of coverage.its alot to consider and discuss in just a few minutes of signing papers.

Overall, once I received a good trade-in allowance, Kristen took the time needed to help me get the Military discount and was responsible getting everything done, even though she had other customers to work with. I also thank those in finance that made it possible to pay my own taxes in Kentucky. This helped a lot. Hopefully, I've bought my last new car, but if there is a need to buy another, I will definitely come back to Champion since I've always been a GM customer.

LIKED THE VEHICLE FINE BUT NO ONE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE FEATURES ON THE CAR INCLUDING THE FEATURE SCREEN. DID NOT HELP SET UP ON STAR OR SIRIUS XM. LIKE THE PEOPLE. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY BUT DID NOT HELP WITH EXPLANATION AND INSTRUCTION IN USE OF ALL THE FEATURES AVAILABLE WITH THE VEHICLE. WILL HAVE TO SET UP ON STAR AND SIRIUS MYSELF. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE NOT TO HAVE TO DO THAT ALONE. ALSO, NEED ANOTHER OPTION IN WHETHER OR NOT I WOULD RECCOMEND THE DEALERSHIP. THIS OPTION SHOULD BE NOT SURE.
I think they did bad ,we had a 50,000,mile warranty on out transmission,but the years run out By 4 months,but my husband be a disabled veteran ,couldn’t get in truck to drive in last 2 yrs ,so I was driving just enough for it to run and I thought it was where it was setting and was the gas ,but then when I take it to Champion they did not want to listen ,I think this is very unfair,he could of saved your life years back have a heart Champion Chevrolet what’s 4 months
