Service tech very pleasant. It took 2 1/2 hours to change out defective turn signal, there were only two other customers in the waiting room. I saw on u-tube this only takes 15 minutes to do it yourself, if you have the tools etc. They had the part there so I am not sure what took so long.

had our car towed into dealership to be told the motor was blown and would have to be replaced. Our car had 173000 miles on it so we took their word and decided not to have repaired, but did have car tow back home, my son in law checked the car and has drove it over 300 miles since then without any problems. So we now know this service department can not be trusted.
Hello, thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one. We checked your Equinox that was towed in for engine issues. It had several engine codes that showed timing chain correlation issues and was also 3 ½ quarts low on oil. We also removed the solenoids that had metal shavings on them. The engine also exhibited internal engine noise. The best long term repair for your Equinox is engine replacement. It certainly will run until the timing chain breaks or it runs out of oil. We stand by our assessment it needs engine replacement for a lasting repair. Thank you, Tim Copenhaver
