just wished they would wash the area after fuel filter was changed. On another note I contacted this dealership, from where I purchased the truck on 12-18-18 to get it checked out. It went into a power reduction mode. I was told it would be after Christmas before I could bring it in. I told the person, I needed to get it in, he said sorry I am not putting you in front of someone else. I said but this truck is still under warranty, He said I am not putting you ahead of someone else you have a good day. I then but I need to have it checked out because it will not run, he said I am not putting you in front of someone else, good day and hung up. I then called Courtesy and got the truck in the shop in an hour. It turned out the computer had to be replaced. I don't know who I talked with and I don't won't to know, but that is not the way you handle a customer who purchased a 60k truck from you. That is the only time I have had any problems with the service dept.
My wife scheduled to have some recommended maintenance work done on our 2014 Suburban. They told her it would take 2-1/2 hours. Four hours and forty five minutes later the car was ready. Not a pleasant experience this time !
