Received an email with a Service reminder for my 2500HD. Scheduled appointment at the earliest time which was just about 2 weeks out. Left detailed message about wanting a radar detector hardwired in the truck. Have all necessary wiring. Received 6 texts and or email reminders of appt (a bit ridiculous) Got to dealership Service tech said he would not be able to do that work today. I told him it was on the Service Appointment made online. Said they would try. When they called and told me I could picked up my truck 8 hours later they told me they could not do the hardwire. I asked WHY in the world would someone not tell me that when I scheduled my appointment. Service Tech told me "Nobody reads those things". The remaining items done (oil change & filter and tire rotation) did not require an appointment let alone one I had to wait 2 weeks. Seems crazy to treat service issues like that. Once again my vehicle came back with oil smudges and less than desirable care while being in for very routine service.

Personnel are professional and friendly. I am not satisfied with GM reliance on computer codes or lack thereof to solve problems. I waited 7 hours to find out there were no codes so no fix for 2 troublesome issues.
Service was great. Got right in and was done in about 45 minutes. It was just the price. $65 for an oil change for a car?!? I would have gone to the dealer we got the car from, Bill Gatton but I didn?t have the time. There price is $15 cheaper before coupons.
I have always been happy with my experience with champion chevrolet..The people working there are always super friendly and helpful.I would not take my business anywhere else.great people to do business with.
The service department is great! However, the website is not so great! I sent 3 emails asking a question about the warranty and to this day have not received a response. Finally I contacted Chevrolet who responded the same day! Service Dept. GREAT!! Website needs improvement.
Fantastic service,we?ve bought 3 corvettes from you guys,and would not buy from anyone else,mainely for the service dept as well as the selection.Their are 3 Chevrolet dealers closer,but we think nothing about the hours drive,to get to come to you
