I had an appt for 9:30 for oil change and axle seal replacement. Was told it would take 2-3 hrs. when I made appt. I was there for five hours. I have extensive arthritis and the chairs in the waiting area tortured me. I was told the techs said the it was wet around the axle seal and Chevrolet did not require changing the seal. If it is wet it is leaking! Go figure. The service manager told the person to change the seal. If you have a leaking axle seal in VA, you cannot get an inspection sticker.

Nothing was done correctly! Poor service, lied about fixing items point blank to my face! Charged me for items I did not ask for! Never answered nor returned my calls. Will never bring my Corvette back to be serviced nor any of my other vehicles!
