After scheduling an appointment in advance, I still waited nearly 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then, I was running errands later in the day when a service engine light appeared on my dashboard. I returned to the dealership and was informed the oil cap was not secured properly. While I wasn't charged anything for the second visit, it was highly inconvenient to return only a couple hours later due to a careless mistake by the service department.
The service advisor Terry was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with me vehicle. He was prompt and courteous and explained everything that was needed in a way that I could understand. great experience

The staff was excellent! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and we were able to look at vehicles without being pressured to buy. Any questions we had were answered without hesitation. I will be buying my next vehicle from Champion without a doubt!
